14 Mil Twill Natural Cloth Optimized for HP Indigo Presses

A natural cotton twill weave cloth designed for use on various label applications including various beverage and spirits bottles optimized for printing on HP Indigo Presses. Twill natural cloth's low Gurley porosity renders typical UV coatings unsuitable, as they penetrate the surface and incompletely cure. Residual uncured components could negatively affect adhesive performance and present a potential risk of skin irritation or sensitization during handling. Water-based coatings are recommended. Additionally, end use of this label is not advised in environments with high humidity or potential condensation on the substrate or the label.
