Product Coordinator *NEW Opportunity*

The Product Coordinator will support the success of our digital and converted products, working closely with the Product Manager. Responsibilities span strategic and tactical work, with the opportunity to grow into greater ownership over time. They include supporting the identification of key product gaps in the market and assisting in aligning new products to a make-to-stock program to drive scalable revenue growth in the distribution and industrial direct channel. Assist in consolidating customer needs and product gaps to help create economies of scale. Analyze product and market data to assist in recommendations for stocking levels and pricing. Shadow and participate in the stage gate process for new product development, including RFA management, pricing analysis, and sales forecasting. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and purchasing teams for the creation of catalog numbers, descriptions, price lists, and spec sheets. This individual is equally comfortable executing under direction or working independently, with the curiosity to ask the right questions and the drive to grow into a Product Manager role.

QC/Prod Lab Technician 12 hour DAY shift (7am-7pm)

The Quality Control Technician will ensure lab testing is performed with efficiency and accuracy while following standard testing procedures. Ensure pressure sensitive product being manufactured and converted meets all specifications for that product and are free of known defects.
Coater Utility (2nd OR 3rd shift)

The Coater Utility is responsible for pulling raw material rolls and finished master rolls away from the coating lines and storing those materials in racking, as directed by the production supervisors and coater operators. This position will also be responsible for blending and mixing UV Hotmelt adhesive during times in which they are not being utilized to pull materials from the coating lines.
