    • earning potential is even higher with shift premiums, incentives, and voluntary overtime opportunities!

Calling all Class of 2024 Seniors - Wausau Coated has great opportunites for you! 

Current student?   NO WORRIES!   We have immediate openings for High School Seniors:

  • no experience needed
  • must be 18 years old on or before your start date
  • on-the-job training is provided
  • wage starts at $18.50/hour (plus shift differential for any hours worked after 3 pm)
  • part-time schedules allow current seniors the flexibility of working before or after school

Not sure what's next after graduation?   NO WORRIES!   We have some ideas for you: 
  • our summer positions are a great way to earn some cash for whatever is "next" for you:
    • summer employment at WCP offers an introduction to manufacturing and is an EXCELLENT resume-builder!
  • our gap year program gives you a way to earn $38-45K/year in base wage alone:

    • starting wages of $18.50-$20.80/hour
    • shift premiums of $1.00-$3.00/hour
