Coater Assistant (12-hr DAYS or NIGHTS)

This includes picking and prepping raw materials, loading/unloading product on the machines, housekeeping, and assisting operators wherever necessary.

Work Schedule:  Day shift (7:00 am to 7:00 pm) or Night shift (7:00 pm to 7:00 am).  OT as needed.

QC/Prod Lab Technician (12-hr DAYS or NIGHTS)

The Quality Control Technician will ensure lab testing is performed with efficiency and accuracy while following standard testing procedures.  Ensure pressure sensitive product being manufactured and converted meets all specifications for that product and are free of known defects.

 

Coater Utility (2nd or 3rd shift)

The Coater Utility is responsible for pulling raw material rolls and finished master rolls away from the coating lines and storing those materials in racking, as directed by the production supervisors and coater operators. This position will also be responsible for blending and mixing UV Hotmelt adhesive during times in which they are not being utilized to pull materials from the coating lines.

Winder Operator Assistant (2nd or 3rd shift)

 Maximize production on the Winder’s slitting down pressure sensitive, silicone liner, or face and liner base rolls into precise roll dimensions specified by our customers or scheduling department. Assist the Winder helper in loading rolls, making splices, and stacking rolls for shipment. Ensure quality product is being made at all times in a safe and clean environment. Review schedules and orders to ensure the rolls are run correctly, the correct product and core is used, use customer specifications to make good splices, and inspect rolls for defects

Converting Assistant (1st/2nd rotating shift)

As an Operator Assistant in our Converting department, you will be part of a team that provides sheeting, converting and other valuable services for our customers. You will inspect and package sheeted material prior to being shipped.  Your general duties will include gathering and loading materials, assistance with changeovers and housekeeping duties.  Opportunities for growth and on-the-job training will be provided during each step of your progression.
